Terms of Service

OrderFiles is a service created and maintained by Far Horizons OÜ. By creating an account, connecting a shop, uploading files, forwarding order emails, using a download link, or otherwise using OrderFiles, you agree to the Far Horizons OÜ Terms of Service and the OrderFiles-specific terms on this page.

If you use OrderFiles for a business, shop, or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that business, shop, or organization.

• You are responsible for the files, product information, shop branding, order email forwarding, and customer communications you configure in OrderFiles.
• You must have the rights needed to upload, store, sell, and deliver every file you add to OrderFiles.
• You are responsible for complying with the marketplace, ecommerce, tax, consumer protection, and privacy rules that apply to your shop and customers.
• You must keep your account secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account, shop, or forwarded order email address has been compromised.

OrderFiles hosts seller-uploaded digital files and creates download pages or links so buyers can access purchased files. Etsy, Shopify, email providers, and other third-party platforms are separate services with their own terms and availability.

OrderFiles is independent and is not affiliated with Etsy. Shopify functionality depends on the seller connecting a Shopify shop and keeping that connection authorized. Etsy order ingestion currently depends on seller-configured order-notification email forwarding into OrderFiles.

Paid OrderFiles subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Pricing, trial length, renewal timing, and cancellation options are shown in the product or checkout flow. If you cancel, your access and data handling follow the Far Horizons OÜ terms, cancellation policy, refund policy, and privacy policy.

Card details are collected and processed by Stripe. OrderFiles stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers so we can manage account access, billing state, support, and audit records.

The OrderFiles subscription includes the following allowances: individual files up to 5 GB, 50 GB of file storage per account, and 100 GB of download delivery per month as a fair-use allowance. These allowances are designed to comfortably cover typical digital shops.

If your usage regularly or substantially exceeds these allowances, we will contact you to discuss options — such as an adjusted arrangement — before restricting the service. We may update these allowances from time to time; material reductions will be communicated in advance.

You may not use OrderFiles to upload, sell, deliver, or support content or activity that violates the Far Horizons OÜ Use Restrictions policy. This includes, without limitation, infringing content, malware, phishing, spam, harassment, doxing, child exploitation, or violent threats.

OrderFiles processes seller, buyer, order, billing, file, analytics, and support data to provide the service. The OrderFiles Privacy Policy describes product-specific processing, and the Far Horizons OÜ Privacy Policy describes company-wide privacy rights and practices.
