How it works
From “files too big” to “order delivered” in three moves.
01
Upload everything
Name your shop, drop in your files — whole collections, gigabyte bundles, up to 5 GB each.
02
Connect your store
Etsy forwards order emails. Shopify syncs directly. Either way, orders verify themselves.
03
Buyers help themselves
Every order unlocks your branded page. No zip juggling, no cloud links, no weekly support email.

“I built OrderFiles for a friend who's been selling on Etsy since 2005 — her files outgrew Etsy's limits, and it now runs her deliveries every day. It's early access, and I read every support email myself.”
— Luke, the founder

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How does OrderFiles work with Etsy?
Upload your files, forward your Etsy order emails to your shop's OrderFiles address, and add your download link to your Etsy listing as a PDF or text file. Each order email verifies the purchase, so your customer unlocks their downloads with their order number or email.
What are Etsy's file limits?
Etsy allows up to 5 digital files per listing, with a maximum of 20MB per file. OrderFiles delivers files up to 5 GB each — 250× Etsy's cap — with 50 GB of storage and 100 GB of delivery per month. That covers a serious catalog, and if your shop outgrows it, we work with you directly.
Why not just put a Google Drive link in a PDF?
You can, and Etsy allows it. For one small file it's fine. But a Drive link opens for anyone who has it, buyers get stuck on "request access", and every past buyer's link breaks if you move the folder. OrderFiles checks each buyer's Etsy order number or email before anything downloads, keeps your folders, and stops downloads for an order you cancel after a refund.
Do I need a credit card to start?
Yes, a credit card is required to start your trial, but you won't be charged during the 14-day trial period. Cancel anytime before the trial ends.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel anytime from your account settings. No questions asked, no cancellation fees. Your files and products are preserved for 30 days after cancellation.
Will my customers see OrderFiles branding?
The download page shows your shop name and product name. The URL includes your shop name for a professional, branded experience.
How does order verification work?
Customers enter their Etsy order confirmation number or email address on the download page. OrderFiles verifies the purchase before granting access to your files.
